Legal
Terms of Use
Effective September 8, 2026
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of Pera. By creating an account, purchasing a Trip Pass, or using Pera, you agree to them.
1. The service
Pera is a digital trip-planning product. It creates personalized planning recommendations from information you provide and destination information available to Pera. Pera does not make, manage, or guarantee reservations; sell travel; act as a travel agency; or provide real-time concierge service.
2. Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and be legally able to enter into this agreement. You are responsible for activity under your account. Pera is intended for adults planning travel; it is not directed to children under 13.
3. Founding Trip Pass
The first 10 Founding Beta Trip Passes are complimentary and limited to one per account. Each pass is for one personal trip and includes access to create, view, and revise that trip through its departure date, subject to a 15-month maximum window from the date the pass is claimed. Trip dates may be changed within that window. A pass may not be transferred, shared between accounts, resold, or used to create plans for multiple unrelated trips or customers.
4. Refund policy
Complimentary Founding Beta passes have no purchase price to refund. If Pera later offers a paid Trip Pass under these Terms, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of purchase through Pera Support. A refund ends access to that Trip Pass and its generated plan. Pera will also correct duplicate charges and may provide a refund after 7 days when a material technical failure prevents access and cannot be resolved. These terms do not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.
5. Beta service and changes
The Founding Beta is an early version of Pera. Features, destination information, availability, and outputs may change; interruptions and errors may occur. Interactive AI features, including Ask Pera, are included subject to reasonable-use and technical limits intended to keep the service reliable and prevent automated or excessive use. Pera may modify beta functionality or these limits as usage is evaluated, but will not intentionally shorten an active Trip Pass access period without offering an appropriate remedy.
6. Travel information and decisions
Recommendations may become outdated or may not reflect closures, availability, pricing, accessibility, health, safety, or operating changes. Verify material details with the relevant destination or provider before relying on them. You remain responsible for bookings, costs, travel documents, safety decisions, and the suitability of any activity for your group.
7. Acceptable use
You may use Pera and its output for personal trip planning. You may not scrape, crawl, probe, reverse engineer, circumvent access or capacity controls, automate bulk requests, copy substantial destination data, extract prompts or system logic, interfere with the service, or use Pera or its output to train or build a competing product. Travel advisors and other commercial users need Pera’s written permission.
8. Ownership and your content
Pera and its software, design, destination data structures, selection logic, and original content are owned by Pera or its licensors. You retain rights in information you submit. You give Pera permission to host, process, and use that information only as needed to provide, protect, maintain, and improve the service as described in the Privacy Policy. Your generated plan is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use.
9. Third-party services
Pera may reference or link to third-party destinations, services, and booking providers. Their terms and privacy practices apply to your use of them. Pera is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Disney or other referenced destination owners.
10. Suspension and termination
Pera may restrict or terminate access for fraud, abuse, security threats, unlawful conduct, or material violation of these terms. You may stop using Pera at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination—including ownership, acceptable-use, disclaimer, and liability provisions—will survive.
11. Disclaimers and liability
Pera is provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pera disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for acts and omissions of travel providers. For complimentary access, Pera’s aggregate liability will not exceed $25; for a paid Trip Pass, it will not exceed the amount paid for that pass. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so they may not apply to you.
12. Changes and contact
Pera may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be posted with a new effective date and, when appropriate, communicated to account holders. Questions, refund requests, and legal notices may be submitted through Pera Support.
